Responsibilities

- Welcome and register guests upon arrival at the hotel while taking calls from guest rooms and making sure they are comfortable. Tell them about the hotel and added amenities.
- Must have computer knowledge and cash handling skills.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, and holidays.
- Candidate must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
- Candidate must be reliable, punctual, with a professional demeanor.
- Candidate must possess the ability to communicate in a professional manner with hotel guests, hotel staff and managements.
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Excellent customer service skill is a must.
- Fast learner, organized, motivated, and self-starter.
- Working knowledge of computer and must possess basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle high pressure situations.
- Hotel experience is preferred, but we will to train the right candidate.
